With much thanks (and patience) from Special Agent Tando we now have a new dice roller that we can use for D-RP.

Its called "ViewingDale" and you can download it



PROS: Everyone can see what everyone is rolling

CONS: You will need a 2nd window open as it cannot be integrated into chat


DOWNLOAD / INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Follow the Link above
2. Click on Give Me the Dice!
3. Download and install to a place of your chosing
4. Run the program and click on SETTINGS
5. Click on REMOTE NETWORK SETTINGS (note that you need to click the button itself)
6. Click on YOUR MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
7. Choose a username (use the same one you use to log into EPOCH)
8. Click OK

CONNECTING TO A GROUP

Someone needs to host and most often this will be either a Chief Operative or a Special Agent. If you want to host a game you will need to know about Port Forwarding to allow others to join you. Please contact CO: Lunarwolf or SA: Tando for further info.

1. Click on SETTINGS
2. Click on REMOTE NETWORK SETTINGS
3. Click on JOIN A REMOTE GROUP AS A GUEST
4. You'll be given some options and these will be different depending on who's game you want to join, but you will need to enter an IP to join, the Port to connect to and a password:

Chief Op SureShot: (Info Pending)

Chief Op Lunarwolf:

IP: 2.125.189.242
Port: 65000
Password: epoch

Special Agent Tando:

IP: 90.212.161.217
Port: 65000
Password: epoch

Special Agent PrioryJK: (Info Pending)

5. Click Join


Thats it, you're in.

Please note that only one person can "roll" the dice at a time, but everyone can see the result - so there is no point getting impatient until the person the dice has rolled
